Our Dental Services

Restorative Dentistry

The first stage of every smile transformation is the treatment of dental decay — this is the heart of restorative dentistry. The goal of restorative treatment is to eliminate bacteria and rebuild damaged tooth tissue, restoring both full functionality and the natural appearance of your teeth. Treating small carious lesions early helps prevent infection of the pulp and the need for root canal treatment later on. As a result, you avoid both pain and more complex treatment in the future. That's why regular dental check-ups are so important — they stop decay from progressing into larger, deeper cavities and more extensive damage to tooth structure.

Treatment of Decay (Fillings)

A thorough dental examination, combined with radiographic diagnostics (panoramic X-rays, bitewing X-rays and periapical X-rays), allows us to effectively detect every carious lesion — even those invisible to the naked eye and hidden between the teeth. Depending on the depth of the cavity, we use modern composite materials that perfectly recreate the colour, shape and structure of your natural tooth.

Tooth Reconstruction (Inlays and Onlays)

When a cavity is too large for a standard filling, we turn to precise inlays or onlays. These are modern dental restorations made in a dental laboratory (from materials such as porcelain or composite), offering excellent durability and resistance to chewing forces. They also deliver outstanding aesthetics and carry a lower risk of marginal leakage compared with conventional composite fillings.

Aesthetic Dentistry

Once your teeth are healthy, we can turn our attention to enhancing their appearance. Aesthetic dentistry at our clinic in Wola is an art form that allows us to refine the colour, shape and even small irregularities in the alignment of your teeth.

Composite bonding is a fast and non-invasive way to improve the aesthetics of your smile — the results are visible immediately after your appointment. The procedure is painless and preserves the natural structure of the tooth. It works beautifully for closing gaps (diastemas), reshaping teeth and covering enamel discolouration.

Composite bonding is carried out in the following stages:

  1. Shade selection — a perfectly matched composite shade blends invisibly with the natural structure of your tooth.
  2. Tooth preparation — the surface is gently cleaned and lightly conditioned (sometimes with a subtle roughening).
  3. Application of a bonding agent — this allows the composite material to bond securely with your tooth.
  4. Shaping the composite — the material is carefully modelled to recreate the natural shape and length of the tooth, in perfect harmony with your smile.
  5. Curing with a UV light — the composite hardens within seconds.
  6. Smoothing and polishing — the final touch that gives the tooth its natural shine and appearance.

A veneer is a very thin, precisely crafted layer of porcelain or composite that your dentist permanently bonds to the front surface of your tooth. Its purpose is to mask any aesthetic imperfection — from unwanted colour and uneven shape to minor alignment issues.

This is a minimally invasive method designed to enhance the beauty of your smile while preserving as much of your natural tooth structure as possible. Thanks to modern technologies and materials, well-crafted veneers are virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth, giving your smile a harmonious and beautiful appearance.

Bonding or veneers - which to choose?

It depends on the desired effect and the condition of your teeth. First and foremost, bonding is faster and less expensive as it involves the manual restoration of the tooth with composite, making it ideal for minor corrections (e.g. closing a gap, chipping). Porcelain veneers, on the other hand, are more durable and give a more spectacular "Hollywood smile" effect, but require more interference with the tooth. Therefore, the best solution will be chosen by the doctor during the consultation.

What is the difference between composite and porcelain veneers?

The difference is mainly in terms of durability and aesthetics. A composite veneer is made directly in the office (similar to bonding) and is a cheaper option, but can discolour over time. A porcelain veneer, on the other hand, is created in a prosthetic laboratory and is much more durable. As a result, it perfectly mimics natural enamel and is resistant to discolouration, giving an effect that lasts for many years.

What is the difference between an inlay/onlay and a regular filling?

The difference is in the size of the cavity and the durability. A conventional filling (a filling) is placed directly in the office. In contrast, an inlay or onlay (also called an "inlay" or "onlay") is used when the tooth is severely damaged. In this case, the inlay or onlay is precisely made in a prosthetic laboratory (from porcelain or composite) and then bonded to the tooth. As a result, such a restoration is much more durable and perfectly reproduces the anatomical shape of the tooth.
