How long does orthodontic treatment with fixed braces take?
The duration of treatment is an individual matter. On average, active treatment with fixed braces lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 years. Crucial to the success of the treatment is the patient's regularity and compliance with follow-up appointments.
At what age is it best to start orthodontic treatment?
It is never too late for orthodontic treatment. We treat both children (so-called early treatment, often with removable braces) and adolescents and adult patients.
